What we offer.

ANALYSE – Get Hold of the Body

Simply get hold of the body to feel for areas of muscle tension and restricted joint movement.

RELEASE – Get Rid of the Problem

Simply stretch out the tension with pressure points, active mobilisation, vibrotherapy and massage to allow the release of misalignments and Central Nervous System triggers.

RESTORE – Get Better

By releasing pressure from blood vessels and capillaries Turn can help restore the body’s own Healing System. Blood flow brings oxygen back into the tissues and flushes metabolic wastes out. This helps to break the cycle of persistent localised muscle cramps behind many long term problems. We also advocate the use of the traditional herbal remedies of Comfrey (also known as “Knitbone”) and Arnica which we find help promote tissue healing. We give advice on follow up self treatment to do at home. We find that a little regular self help and exercise engages the body to heal better and faster. Our goal is always to treat in the minimum possible number of sessions in order to keep down the overall cost of treatment.

You don't need to be an athlete to suffer from muscular tension, so this treatment can be for anyone. It’s a simple physical therapy based on the oldest remedy known to man - find where it hurts and rub it better.

We treat the body as a whole and not just the expected area where the pain may be felt. The treatment we offer is all about changing and improving the state of your body so that it will be better able to heal itself.
